I am a 36 year old professional male and have a large double room to rent in a flat share with My Father. Shared Kitchen with electric oven, gas hob and washing machine no lounge.

The room has Double fitted wardrobes and a power shower with the hot water from gas central heating along with toilet and sink. A single or double bed will be provided depending on your preference.

There is off street parking and the flat is set in a very quiet residential area surrounded by parkland and a local cricket club. The garden is communal.

Location is close to Clifton via the suspension bridge and the city center. There is also excellent access to the M5 and Bristol international airport Avonmouth and Portishead
