Double Bedroom in refurbished home

We have a newly refurbished home in Kingswood with a double & single bedroom available in our 3 bedroom home.

Double room (£600pcm) is furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside table drawers, a double wardrobe and a wall mounted tv.

Shared areas include: bathroom, lounge, kitchen, utility, conservatory, garden. Parking is available on a driveway for up to 4 cars.

You would be sharing a house with myself and my partner, both 26F. We are a clean and tidy household. We have 2 dogs called Costa & Coffee who are hypoallergenic and love people, so a dog friendly person is preferred. We are working professionals who work weekdays only.


We are looking for somebody who is responsible, clean/tidy and respectful.
