The house is also only a 5 min drive away from the ring road near longwell green so perfect for those that work in Bath but want to live in Bristol. Big open plan living/dining room. Own off road parking spot. The room benefits from an en-suite bathroom. It is pretty bare at present, however, I will furnish it. Walk in cupboard/wardrobe. All bills are included in rent. You would have the whole third floor to yourself. View in picture is from the room. Really great area of Bristol within a short walking distance of both Troopers Hill and St George’s Park.
I suffer from Coeliac and would prefer someone who doesn't eat gluten.
