Large en-suite room available in 3 bedroom top floor flat. Flat is located on Ashley Down Road right next to a bus stop and above coop. You would be sharing with myself- Anna, 26 years old, I work as a teaching assistant but currently on maternity leave. My partner Sean is 30 and works full time as a plumber. We also live with our 6 month old daughter Eva. We are both sociable people and enjoy a good chat but also understand the importance of personal space. The flat it self is light, spacious and very homely. We like to keep it calm and chilled and take good care of it so would be looking for someone who values this. You would have shared use of the kitchen, dining table and huge balcony. Rent is £675 per month bills included. 6 month minimum contract. Please let me know if you fancy a viewing :)
