Bright double room in Cotham

I am looking for someone to share my cosy top-floor flat in Cotham from Mondays to Fridays. The room is a small double, perfect for one person,, with its own ensuite bathroom. You can share with me the kitchen and sitting room, which has a modern TV, and there is wifi throughout the flat. You will have the use of the washing machine if required, and the flat is cleaned fortnightly. You are welcome to leave your things in the bedroom (clothes in the wardrobe etc.) where they will be quite safe, though there will be very occasional weekends when the room will be used by visiting friends or family. I am a quiet mature professional, self-contained and undemanding. The flat is on the top floor (lots of stairs!) of a beautiful period building near Cotham Hill, close to shops, restaurants, university, Clifton Down shopping centre and station, Whiteladies Road, and a direct bus into Bristol city centre and Temple Meads station. It is about a 15-minute walk to the hospital (BRI) or a short and hilly bike ride. There is a small garden for communal use, and a lockable bike shed. All bills are included in the rent and linen can be provided if required. I can arrange a Skype 'tour' of the flat if you are interested.
