Hi, I currently live in the property and have 2 spare rooms in the house. I am willing to rent two of them out with clean respectful people of any sex or age. I am currently studying a University course in fashion at the UWE in the Ashton side of town. I will be driving there Mon-Fri so a lift into town is available for nondrivers. Student-friendly! The house consists of a large living area leading out into garden, Dining room, 5 bedrooms, office, driveway for 5 cars and a huge garden of around 150m in length. The house comes with all amenities including dishwasher, washing mashing, oven, etc. 50” TV in living space with internet capabilities, open fire and WiFi through the house.
