Looking for an easy going lodger, ideally someone who will want to hang out, but also gets that sometimes you need your own space.
Flat is in the newly built Filwood Park development in Hengrove. There is a parking space available as I don't currently have a car. Short walk to bus stops, including Filwood Broadway M1 metrobus, which gets you into the centre in about 20 - 25 minutes.
Hengrove Park with leisure centre and pool opposite. Cinema and the Imperial Way shopping area closeby. Also an ASDA walking distance and Tesco on Callington Road.
Fairly well, if not over-furnished flat. Kitchen has all utensils pots and pans needed.
