Hi everyone,

Double bedroom available in a large historic house just off of Park Street, central Bristol. 15 minute walk to Temple Meads Station and 10 minutes to Broadmead. We're looking for another professional who would be a good fit. Ideally we want someone who is clean and tidy, not too noisy, and happy to participate in keeping the shared spaces in decent condition.

Rent is £450pcm
Bills are £150pcm
Internet is £10pcm.

The room is available from 2nd December onwards. Hoping to get viewings in from 14th November onwards.

Who are we?:

We're 4 professionals in our mid 20s to early 30s. We all work in the local area and some of us remotely.

House vibe:

We're relatively social and have a chat or a drink at the nearby pub every now and then. Very much not a party house but not too quiet either.

We expect our future housemates to be willing to commit to the house rota.
