Double room in spacious home

We are a 3 person household (Lily and Dan and Harriet) are looking for one person to take our 3rd double bedroom in our wonderful home in Horfield. BS6 area. Current housemate is leaving to move in with her partner so we are looking for a new person to join us.

The room is available from 1st September and we are looking for someone to move in from this date. 6month min contract. Agency let but landlady managed. Deposit is 5weeks. references and a guarantor may be required. The room comes unfurnished and there may be space for sofas/kitchen things with discussion.

The house is over 3 floors with a huge kitchen with breakfast bar and 5 ring cooker and lovely big garden we are slowly doing up and deck on the bottom floor.

We live fairly communally making dinner for each other on occasion and sharing basics in the kitchen and household. Looking for someone who want to make the house a home, not just a room to sleep in. We like to live in a clean homey environment. We have occasional gatherings, cheese and wine nights and bbqs but its not a party house.

Its important to us that you are conscious of lock down rules and have a bit of a sensible approach to it. Harriet is a nurse and I work with vulnerable people. We also understand the need to have a bubble and look after your emotional well being but if you are the type of person who is currently attending raves this probably isn't the place for you.

We are all late 20s early 30s and looking for people around that age (25-35? Not a deal breaker). You must be employed and agency will run checks etc. And a guarantor may be required.

LGBT humans in general friendly. No smoking in the house (at all). Unfortunately no pets or children.

Room is £475 plus bills.

Bills work out about £50/60pm each plus Council tax (band C) but slightly more in the winter to cover gas and electricity. Mature students considered but you will need to be able and willing to pay Council tax.
We would like to get a cleaner and have had quotes of about £45every 2 weeks (would be decided by 4) but because of lockdown it hasnt happened yet. We keep the house in a tidy and clean condition but we all work a lot and deep cleans are quite hard to maintain for us in such a large house.

Bus stop outside the house into clifton or Gloucester Road is 6min walk away (by the Golden Lion)
