2 rooms available for short term let

Hi all, I have two furnished rooms for rent in my 3 bedroom house in Redfield. The rooms are available from now until mid-December, priced at £450 pcm for the smaller room (the yellow room in the photos) and £525 pcm for the larger room (the blue room in the photos), bills included. The house is a 25 minute walk or short bus ride from town, with on-street parking in the surrounding streets. You’ll be sharing with me, the home owner. I’m late 30s, work full-time for an NGO, vegetarian and have just moved back to Bristol after several years away. I’m hoping to share with mature, tidy, friendly, non-smoking, fully-employed people.
