New build Ensuite Double Room w/ Large Balcony

Hello!

I'm looking for a new flatmate to occupy the master ensuite double bedroom of my new build (2019) top-floor flat right in the city centre.

The room is fully furnished and now also has a desk and comfortable desk chair for additional functionality.

The flat has a spacious, modern kitchen/living area and a large balcony with stunning views. All furniture and fittings are brand new and in keeping with a
contemporary/modern style. You can't get more central than this so the flat is super convenient for all local amenities:

- A 2-minute walk from Cabot Circus
- Right on the doorstep of the popular stokes croft area with plenty of bar and restaurant options.
- A 15-20 minute walk to Temple Meads.

All bills are included in the rental price but reviewed every 3 months where any changes are discussed openly and evidenced.

We also have a cleaner who comes once every two weeks, which is included.

About us: We're a sociable, easy-going, inclusive and tidy couple. I (Joe, 29) work 9-5 for a food business with a hybrid working schedule. My partner (Ross, 22) is a student studying Business and HR and works in a restaurant in town. At weekends if we're not socializing with friends or at music events, we'll be at home cooking, chilling, watching Netflix or gaming. I wouldn't mind someone who's up for going for a drink or some food every now and then, but also happy to give people space.

We've had four lodgers so far and have had nothing but quality times and become good friends in each case.
