The room comes fully furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bed side cabinet. There is a bathroom upstairs with shower and a small toilet downstairs for emergency. The kitchen is massive and has 2 fridge/freezers and 2 ovens. Lots of storage in the kitchen and separately a dining area with a TV where we all get together in the evening.

All bills are included, and a cleaner comes once a 2 weeks for the communal areas.

Great transport links to the city centre, Kingswood, Fishponds etc. There is the 42/43 bus stops which runs 24 hours and just a 4 min walk, the 44/45 bus stop is 6 mins walk, the 7 bus stop also 6 mins walk and 6 bus stop 9 mins walk so you can easily get to the centre at any time. There is a small tesco express 5 mins walk and a corner shop just 2 mins walk. It is a great location, close to St George Park, Aldi and Lidl. Lots of pubs and cafes on Church Road within walking distance.

You'll be sharing with 3 other people, Mo who works Monday to Thursday in NHS, Barbara who is a support teacher and Candice who works in a call centre, they are all lovely and easy going. We are sharing meals sometimes and even cooking together and chatting about various topics.

There is a small garden and off street parking.

The rent is 425/month including bills, deposit is 200. First month rent plus deposit will be required before moving in. No other fees! It is a minimum 6 months contract.
