A lovely single room available close to c. center

Hiya!

I have a cosy single room coming up in mid. January in a tidy 2 bed apartment. The room is furnished with a queen bed, wardrobe and a cabinet.

Fully equipped kitchen and a freshly renovated bathroom.

The flat is a 20 min walk from the center. Bristol-Bath cycle path runs close as well. Plenty of busses around. Or catch a 3 minute train to BTM from the Lawrence Hill station.

Aldi, Tesco, Southville Deli within a 2 minute walk, Lidl -- 10 minute walk.

The neighborhoud is very quiet and goes completely schtum after 10 pm. You cannot hear the traffic either.

I am a professional, working full-time, Monday to Friday. Laid back, quiet and when at home just hang out in my room, keeping it to myself.

The houseshare will suit somebody likeminded, who is looking to relax and chill after a long day.
