Hi,

I have a Double room in a lovely clean home with really good transport to the city centre.
Would like a house mate who is professional with a happy vibe that cleans after themselves.
Up to having a chat and watching Netflix but also have our own time.
The double room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobes, chest of draws and bedside table.

There is a lovely lounge and diner combined. A fully equipped kitchen, microwave, kettle, toaster. Washing machine etc.

The rent includes all bills including WiFi and council tax.
