Vacant room in City Centre

I am currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy in 11 York Place, BS1 5UT, a 15 minute walk to uni.

The house is split over 4 floors, with a cosy kitchen/living room on the bottom floor, and a bedroom on the second floor as well as a study, a bedroom and a bathroom on the 3rd floor and 2 bedrooms on the top floor. The rooms I am renting out are the study and one of the top bedrooms. As you can see from the attached photographs, the bedroom is quite small, however the study would be for your use only, no other tenants use it. In the bedroom there is also a large chest of drawers which I currently keep all of my clothes in as well as a standard double bed. The room came with a large wardrobe which I found very large and clunky therefore replaced it with the drawers which also act as a shelf. I bought these drawers so if you would like to use them during the tenancy then that’s absolutely fine and I can collect them at the end of the tenancy. In the study there is a large desk, a small book case and a small chest of drawers. This is perfect for someone who enjoys splitting their study and chill-out time, because of the luxury of having 2 rooms. The desk is super large therefore making studying really easy.

The rent is £460 a month and the end date of the tenancy is 30th June 2020. The bills, including water, electric and gas and wifi amount to £33 every month.

The current tenants are 3 girls in second year, 2 are studying English Literature and 1 is studying Anthropology and Archaeology.
