Room to rent in 2 bedroom house, Lockleaze

Hello!

I live in a 2 bedroom house in Lockleaze. I am looking for someone to move in with me in September if possible.

The house is fully furnished and it is very cozy. It has a good-sized garden that needs some love (I need some help).
It has a projector for films, netflix...
It is not far from Gloucester road, cycling to the center is about 20 minutes (there is a cycle path near the house, it's a bit hilly!).

The room is a big double room, it has got 2 wardrobes and plenty of space for storage, there is plenty of natural light as well and you can see the garden through the window.

I have a lovely rescue cat named Hobs, so it is very important that the person that moves in loves cats 🙂

The room is £470 plus council tax and bills (another £100-120 approx). One month deposit needed.

Couples are considered as well, £580 per month plus bills.

Short term is considered but it has to be at least 2 months and please one month notice so I can look for someone else.

A bit about me:

I am a 32 years old professional.
My interests are: plant based food, zero waste-eco-friendly house, nature, animals, dancing, personal growth, cooking, yoga, gardening, hiking...

It would be nice to live with someone who is sociable, respectful, tidy, friendly, easy-going, with some similar interests and that would consider this place a home as I do 🙂 I would like someone to share things like dinner or films some days.

Covid related: I would like for both of us to be open to conversations about how to go about this as it's important for both to feel safe at home during this weird times.
