Double Room for Rent Near temple Meads

Looking for a lodger to move into my spare room in my spacious flat. Very central location less than 5 mins from Temple Meads train station and short walk into cabot.

The room is furnished with a double bed, mattress (new as of April 2019), triple wardrobe, office desk, chair and 32" TV (optional).

Communal bathroom (with bath and power shower) and large lounge/Kitchen.

As a perk of the building there is free use of resident only Gym, roof terrace and secure bike storage. ES parking permits are available (through council).

Bills are not included and work on equal share of all bills. Electric, water and Internet (superfast).

A little about me, I am a 4th year PhD student (27) at the University of Bristol and am the live-in landlord.

Ideally looking for 1 year but would consider 6 months.
