Great Location, close to the junction with Montpelier and St Pauls. 2 minute walk to Mina Road Park, Better Food Company, Duke of York pub etc etc. Close to the M32, and a mile from the city centre.

The house was renovated 4 years ago with new kitchen and bathroom and has an open plan living/ dining room taking up most of the ground floor. Plenty of shelves and storage under stairs. Also a little built in desk/office area, ideal for working from home. The kitchen has a new oven and dishwasher and high spec washing machine and fridge/freezer.

Upstairs are two good sized double bedrooms. The master bedroom has 2 built in wardrobes (have curtain doors but they are off in the picture). Very nice bathroom with new shower and combi boiler (2 years old, central heating is very efficient and works really well).

There is a small courtyard garden with big corner sofa seat, table and chairs. Really nice to sit out in and bbq, gets the sun for a good chunk of the day and v low maintenance.
