Double Room Available In a Friendly House Share

Hi there, we have a fully furnished double room available in our house. Available from 23rd October.

The house has a good sized living room with an open plan layout into the dining room. There's a kitchen with separate utility room towards the back of the house, and the main bathroom is downstairs too. We have a large garden out the back, perfect for BBQs and lounging around in the summer. Free parking is available on the street opposite, and we have secure cycle parking on the front.

The bedroom available is £350pcm. This doesn't include bills. There's another 2 bedrooms on this floor, with the final room and another bathroom in the loft area

We mostly work 9-5 mon-fri occasionally from home, but not often. We are pretty quiet during the week, but we do enjoy going out on the weekends together or with other friends - usually around Gloucester road area where we've all lived at some point! We are generally quite a sociable house, we try and eat together once a week and will often watch movies/TV, but do respect each others space too whenever we need some down time.
