Spacious and light double room to rent in 3 bed house found to the top of St George’s park, 2 mins from Aldi/bars and pubs on church road, and on bus route to centre etc. The house is a new(ish) build situated in it's own private close, with secure bike storage. The house is very well kept, including all white goods. Bathroom includes bath/shower and will only be shared with one other person whose extremely clean.
The 2 other housemates are sisters, 22 & 23 working professionals and looking for someone to be a mate not just a housemate. We're very neat and tidy, love watching Netflix series and cooking top notch food during the week and going out on the weekend. One of us is into games nights/comedy and going to the pub, the other loves dnb, disco, techno anything funky, clubbing/festivals and keeping fit. Both of us love the outdoors, going for walks etc. so ideally looking for someone to fit in with that.
Housemate must be chilled out and fun, but also pretty neat and tidy. Male or female welcome to apply we’re not fussy, good vibes is a must!
