2 double rooms in lovely flatshare (Bills incl.!)

Hello! I'm Ali, I live in a cosy flat near Clifton - unfortunately with lockdown two old housemates have needed to move out, so I'm looking for 2 new people to join :)

The flat is based just off Whiteladies road. It's a ~2 min walk to Clifton Down station and a ~15 min cycle to Bristol Temple Meads. And just round the corner from incredible places to eat and drink! (when they're not locked down)

It's a garden flat - so, currently beautifully sunny garden and lovely and cool inside. There's a big shared living room and one bathroom and waterfall shower. There's also BBQ which we'd been using far too much. If you're green fingered or a love grilling give us a shout.

Both rooms are doubles, but are of different sizes which is reflected in the rent. There's space in the larger one for a desk. In the smaller, there's plenty of additional storage space around the flat.

There's a couple of parking spaces to share and also permit parking on the road. Plenty of space in the flat for bikes and storage. We have all the mod cons - dishwasher, drier, etc. All bills are included, except we do have a cleaner that comes every couple of weeks that we share the cost of with the Landlord.

I'm a 9-5 professional, but since I work from home a lot usually - and right now, all the time - there's always someone about for a chat and a coffee. We love the flat and work hard to look after and enjoy it - so looking for somebody likeminded to join me who's conscientious. We've been a sociable household, and liked to occasionally cook together, work out as a team, and watch endless films to make the lockdown go faster. Outside of lockdown it tends to be chilling in the week and being sociable at the weekend - I'm new to Bristol so looking for new places to explore!
