We are 4 guys with one of us unfortunately moving out. We have a spare room on the ground, street facing floor. Its dimensions are 5m long x 2.7m wide x 3m high.
Stokes Croft is literally a 2 minute walk away, putting us just far away enough from the mayhem but ideally close to the nightlife!
We have various hobbies including producing drum and bass music, copious amounts of gaming, going out to raves and festivals (pre- COVID), exercising and the occasional board game (we’re talking Terraforming Mars and Catan, not Monopoly). We keep the house clean and would like it to remain that way so a new flatmate who cleans after their dinner dishes after they’ve finished every time would be ideal!
House details: We have a garden and on street permit parking. Really big living room, a spare room for guests, 1 toilet and separate bathroom. Gas hob, and dining area.
