About the current tenant:

The tenant is called Georgina, she is a 24 year old professional working within the local area. Very sociable and loves the occasional pint or 2 but equally enjoys a quiet night in. She is a very active person and goes to the gym most days, also a massive foodie and loves cooking.

The flat is very close to the popular North Street and a 5 minute drive into the centre of Bristol. Temple Meads Station is a short drive away or a 15 minute walk. There are excellent regular buses into the centre just moments from the flat. There is also a communal secure bike garage. Access to off street parking right outside the property.

Tesco express is located just outside the complex, with the larger Asda store located a short walk away.
