Urgently Needed! 1 New Housemate In Bristol

Hey! We’re 4 girls and one guy going into our third year at UoB and we’ve had someone drop out of our contract at the last minute so we need a replacement ASAP! The available room is a cosy/medium sized double bedroom on the second floor - on the same floor as the biggest bathroom and living room!
The house is a 15 min walk from UoB, has a large garden with easy parking access, and a good kitchen with everything you need (dishwasher, washing machine etc).
We are a really friendly group with a good mix of nationalities! We want someone who is easy going and chilled, tidy, and preferably students! Because we are in our final year we aren’t looking for very rowdy people (we’d like to get through the deadlines without house arguments!) but we do like to have fun and we’ll definitely be having lots of movie nights in and it won’t be too hard to convince us for a night out.
Our agency require your guarantor to be a UK homeowner so that’s our preference, otherwise we’re all mutually liable!
Our move in date is next week wednesday 15th of July so we need someone by then! Please message me if you’re interested! xx
