Hi there,

We have a double room going in our wonderful home in St Werburghs.

Downstairs, there is a light and airy living room as well as a dining room, long kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs, there are 3 double bedrooms. It also has a great garden and on-street parking is pretty easy to find nearby (no permit required).

Rent will be £375 plus bills.

A little about us...
I am a teacher and Becca works for Bristol uni. We are both very laid back and like the usual Bristol things.

We are looking for a clean and tidy person who is looking for a home, rather than just a room in a shared house. While we are both very busy and often have our own thing going on, we do still like to hang out from time to time.

We are hoping to have house viewings next week, w/c 5th October.
