Double Ensuite, new-build, 30min walk city centre

A new 3 bedroom house above an office space in a lovely residential community - Paintworks. The kitchen, living room and terrace are all quite spacious. Communal areas are all furnished though the bedroom is not. There is a small spare room that will be empty and considered extra communal space. There are outside parking spaces that are first come, first served for the area, but usually there is space.
It's within walking distance of the city centre (30mins). Large Sainsbury is about 10min walk.
We are a young couple who work in a more professional sphere. We enjoy a variety of things; exercise (yoga/calisthenics), cooking, watching interesting stuff, travelling (when we have time), listening to music and chilling out in the evenings. We're open, easy going, clean and friendly.
We are looking for an individual or couple who are also open, easy going, clean and friendly!
