Lovely double bedroom in front of the harbourside

Beautiful 2 bedroom flat by the Harbourside, in a new and modern building, the flat is very bright and spacious.

My current flatmate is leaving and I'm looking for a professional female to share the house with.
Mine is an ensuite room and there is another bathroom with a bathtub which I rarely use.
I have already furnished the kitchen and the living room, the second room is unfurnished but the current flatmate is willing to sell all the furniture.
