Two professionals looking for a third housemate

Our current third housemate is soon to leave our house share, so we are looking for someone to fill his room.

The house is in Westbury Park, a stones throw from The Downs and the top of Whiteladies Road. The room is a large, spacious double that comes unfurnished, but includes a built-in wardrobe and a storage cupboard.

As well as a sizeable garden which is perfect for our frequent barbecue hosting, the house benefits from free on-street and is ideally located for public transport into the city centre.

We both enjoy socialising in the evenings, so are looking for someone that would enjoy this dynamic. Our interests include keeping active, watching sport and trips to the pub.
