I'm an international postgrad student that won't be coming to Bristol due to my course moving completely online. Therefore, I'm trying to get someone to take over my tenancy. It's super close to the uni with things within 5-10 min walk as it's on the triangle (Queens Road). The place is really nice, clean, and modern. It has its' own kitchen, table, desk, flatscreen TV, and fully equipped washroom. The tenancy goes until the end of September 2021 so, it would be great for a masters student with a project running through the summer.

Great for a student that wants privacy, doesn't mind spending an extra bit of money for a nice place, and doesn't mind living on their own. It's within its own complex so, there are also laundry machines onsite for use as well. The rent is 750 without bills but you do get wifi, TV, privacy, and a modern place to work (especially given that going to libraries and other places to work may not be ideal with COVID).
