Double Room In Amazing Location

Hey!
I’m moving out and need someone to take my room!

The double room (3.8 x 2.5m) within a 3 bedroom house is available from first week of November 2020. Rent is £540 Monthly including ALL bills and you’d only be living with Ben and his Friendly cat Merlin. Ideally looking for a 12 month rental, and this could be extended on a monthly rolling afterwards.
(Open to 6 months)

The room itself is unfurnished apart from curtains and it has x3 double socket points, radiator and double glazed openable windows. (It can come with the bed) The room is at the rear of the house which overlooks the garden making it quiet and bright!

The house has a nice living room, big sofa and 55” smart TV with Netflix and a PS4 for any gamers. WiFi and Internet is very good. Kitchen/diner has everything utilities wise from coffee machine to microwave as well as all cutlery and kitchenware. Ben has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom is located downstairs and would be shared for both people.

The garden is lovey and gets sun all day. Ben has table and chairs and a few plants there’s a shed and a huge loft in the house to store anything you’d like.

The location is fantastic as it’s a 2 minute walk to Bristol Temple Meads train station, 7 mins to Cabot Circus, and to Central, say “hippodrome” around a 15-20 min walk along the river. Ben cycles a lot and it’s perfect, Bristol/Bath cycle path is literally at the end of the road.

If you drive like me you can get a parking permit for £30 a year and you’ll never struggle to park outside the house, the street is surprisingly quiet for its location.

Ben has been living here for the past few years and he’s been very happy. The landlord is very proactive if needed, yet keeps distance otherwise, perfect really!

Ben:

I’m a 28 year old male professional. A surveyor who works from home but typically spends half the day out on appointments. I am a very tidy and clean person, so someone with similar respects is a must. I’m hoping the new housemate will become a friend that wants to hang out on occasions, yet has their independence also.

Someone with similar interests would be ideal and I’m really looking for a likeminded professional.

I love to cook, exercise, play sports, get outdoors and cycle and hike/rock climb. I often go away in my camper van to the beach and surf too! I would describe myself as a busy person (when not in lockdown!)

Occasionally I have friends over for dinner/ drinks but never more than a few people. Merlin my cat is very friendly, so someone who likes cats is a must but he really is easy going. At worst he’ll want to sit on your lap whilst watching a film!
