The room is a large, sunny and has a fitted wardrobe.
The flat is open plan, with a good sixed bathroom and large lounge/kitchen which is shared.
there is a balcony off the lounge and a roof terrace for sunnier days.
The building is secured entry, has a bike store allocated parking space and a communal gym within the complex.
The flat is 5 mins walk from temple meads and 10 mins from Tescos.
Bills are £130 all in each month.
As the remaining flatmate, I enjoy watching movies, eating out and cooking. I would love a flatmate that would like to join me in watching a movie every now and again.
