Lovely, top floor double attic bedroom with additional room for clothes, which can double as a sitting area. Work desk included. Lovely views across Bristol.
House amenities:
There is use of a shared bathroom, which I keep free for tenants in the mornings to get ready for work - so there will be no queues for the loo. The kitchen is large and well stocked, with a dining area. I have a private sitting room, so you can eat in peace if you choose.
There is an outside balcony for warmer evenings and a glass of wine or whatever your tipple is.
The location:
My home is within walking distance to Temple Meads station and all central bus routes. There is non-permit parking available on all surrounding streets. Grocery stores, pubs and supermarkets are all within walking distance as well.
The landlady (Don't judge a book by it's cover!):
I am a spritely 78 year old retiree who has had tenants for the last 2 decades. My last three tenants were 49, 23 and 60 respectively so I am very easy to get along with. I am sociable and lively but appreciate my space and respect others' too. I spend my days painting, drawing, gardening and visiting friends.
The tenant:
I preferably want tidy professionals with a good sense of humour please. No working from home sorry.
