Double Room Charlton Hayes

Good sized double room in a modern new build flat. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room.

Bedroom is unfurnished (pictures are current flatmates set up) but kitchen and living room are furnished and you can use whatever you need cooking wise etc.
I am very clean and tidy and looking for someone who is the same. Preferably someone who doesn’t spend all their time in room and wants to hang out, watch movies, etc.

2 min walk from Lidl, subway, costa. 5 mins walk from Metrobus and other bus services. 5 mins drive from Mall, Asda etc. There is good street parking if you drive and a bike store if you cycle.

I work for a Law firm, WFH at the moment but have a set up in my room.

Currently Flatmate had lived with me for 4 years but new job means moving away.
Rent includes ALL bills within reason (just don’t take hour long showers etc)
