Double room available for a single person to rent in a spacious house located in the St. George area. There is a possibility to rent a second room for £150 for an office, game room or for storage space. Ideally looking for an easy going, sociable person with no social issues. Strictly no smokers and no drinkers. Price could be reduced by £15 a week in return for weekly cleaning. However if this is not the case the price will be increased to cover the cost of weekly cleaning.
