I'm looking for a student to rent the room for 3-6 months. It's a Twodio meaning at full capacity you'll be sharing the kitchen with one other person but due to the low occupancy, you might be able to ask for a room switch to one which doesn't have another tenant attached to the kitchen and have it all to yourself.

The tenancy ends on the 4th of September 2021 with an option to extend it through the next academic year. (Do note however that the prices listed by King Square Studios for the 2021-2022 academic year starts at £205/week all the way up to 266 per week.)
