Double bedroom + private bathroom

My flatmate has gone back home, and I’m looking for someone to take up the room.

About room:
It is a cosy double, with space for a desk. + Private bathroom (all yours, bathtub included decent pressure).

In-room storage: Wardrobe, large drawer chest, 2 medium drawer chest.

Out-room storage: private storage room in hall, two large shelves (enough for 1 large suitcase each).

About house:
In Centre of town, 30 seconds from wills memorial building. Next to all the restaurant.

Very spacious living room, and kitchens. Lots of sun

I get asked a lot about the noise, we barely hear anything so it has not been an issue for either my flatmate or I.

About me:
I’m a full time student, training to become a barrister (courtroom lawyer).

To be specific I am doing my BTC, and am 28 years old.

I am:
easy going & friendly,
tidy & clean (but not obsessively so),
Can hang out from time to time,
Respect other people’s space (especially if they don’t want to be bothered).
