En Suite Room in Large House Share, Westbury Park

Hello. We are a tight-knit bunch of 9 professionals in our mid 20's looking for another friendly person to join our house share in Westbury Park.

We work in various fields, from healthcare to engineering, so there is always an interesting conversation at the dinner table. Our hobbies include running, climbing, cooking, board games, and music making; we often do activities as a group at weekends and everyone is free to get involved with as much or little as they want. Current housemates have a variety of shift / work pattern and we are all respectful of everyone’s need for space and silence when appropriate.

The room advertised is a top floor en-suite with a view of our garden to the rear. All normal furnishing are provided, but our helpful landlord (no agents) would consider letting unfurnished if desired. Rent is £535 paid monthly and includes all bills and council tax.

We have three spacious communal areas: a large kitchen with plenty of cupboard, oven and stove space; a living room with dining area and sofas round the TV ; and a utility room with a baby grand piano (some of us play). The garden to rear has lawn, patio and shed, and can be accessed via French doors from the living room.

Street parking does not require a permit and generally isn’t a problem; there is also a Voi scooter bank across the road that we sometimes use to get to/from town (approx. 15 minutes).
