Single room (3.0m x 2.6m) available in a 4 bedroom town house in a very convenient location for university, hospital etc. Post graduate/mature student preferred. Registered House of Multiple Occupancy. Kitchen, dining room/lounge, utility room, bathroom, garden, driveway, garage (currently used as storage).
Desk can be provided in the room and bed can be changed to a standard single if more room space is required.
Student preferred because the two other current tenants are postgrad students. If a third tenant in the house was working there would be council tax due which is quite expensive.
