Double room in modern flat with balcony

My flatmate is moving out to be closer to her work, so I am looking for a new female, young professional flatmate.

The flat is situated on Hotwell Road, 3 min walk to the harbourside and a 25 min walk to Cabot Circus. I’ve lived here for nearly 3 years and think the location and flat is pretty spot on hence why I’m renewing my contract. The flat itself is modern and has a lovely addition of a balcony which we share with the neighbours. The rent is £610 per person and bills come to roughly £50 a month.

The room is really light room with a perfect desk for working from home in. It will also be redecorated before the new tenancy begins.

I like to live in a clean and tidy, homely environment which is why I am looking for someone who likes the same and isn’t afraid to muck in with housework once in a while. My current flatmate isn’t really into spring cleaning… or summer, autumn or winter cleaning as it happens!

Ideally, also looking for someone who wants to hang out together whether that would be a chilled night in or a night out. At the weekends I love to get out and about, go for drinks/food with friends etc and am partial to a wine/gin or two. During the week I mainly work from home as a graphic designer so it’s essential that the flat is quiet during the daytime so that I can work.
