The property is 20 mins walk to southmead hospital. Or 20. min bus into town.
I can offer a double room with built in wardrobe PLUS, use of office space and extra storage and a basically private bathroom (I have an ensuite so don't use the main bathroom more than once a week).
£550pcm + a contribution to bills (£50-75pcm)
Additional costs for couples/pets.
Theo my dog is a rescue and a little nervous to start with, but soon falls in love with ya! He IS UNFORTUNATELY NOT cat or small furry friendly.
