I am a 33 year old professional living with my 11 year old son with a large third double bedroom to rent.
As my son is older, this is a quiet property and I'm looking for a professional. Female preferred.
There is also a separate private living room for only your use, perfect for working from home. Shared kitchen and bathroom.
There is space for off-road parking and a private garden to the rear of the property.
Bristol City Centre 20 mins away by bus and quick access to Cribbs Causeway and Filton Abbey Wood.
Corner shop two minutes walk away and COOP/Tesco 10 minutes walk away.
Rent is £725 per month including all bills. £400 deposit required and reference for the landlord.

N. B - bedroom is unfurnished. Living room is furnished.
We have a cat living in the house.
