The flat is located at the top end of Cheltenham Road (The Arches - nearby The Greecian), with access from Cromwell Road. It's a 5 minutes walk from Montpellier Train Station, half a minute walk from Gloucester Road's Sainsbury's and it's surrounded by pubs, bakers and many small local shops.

You will be living with Tom (35) and Anna (28), friends and easy going professionals. The common area is a kitchen/living room large enough to watch movies with a projector. Fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine, microwave, pans and pots are included in the deal.

Bills are remarkably cheap and include:

£48 each a month: council tax
£22 each a month: generic bills
£50ish every 6 months: water
We currently have each our own Internet connection (via hotspot) but until recently Virgin, Vodafone etc have been working fine for us.

Although there isn't a landlord, you will have to sign a contract (6 months minimum) with Liv N Let, a letting agency based in St. Werburghs. If you experience any issue with the flat, they send someone over to sort it out for you.

Finally, there is a £130 fee for the bedrooms' furniture (memory shape mattress included). Once you leave the flat, you can either ask the same fee to the new lodger OR take the furniture with you. This includes:
