Looking for 2 professional and respectful people to share a lovely house in St George.

*Bills not included, deposit and reference required. Bills around £180 each room. Including council tax, electricity, gas, water, internet, tv license, cleaning fee.

Looking for housemates in a beautiful 3 bedroom house. All 3 rooms with double beds and storage. The rooms are available from May.

Room 1 - It's a master double room available with a king size very nice bed, a large wardrobe storage, TV connection, 2 windows on each side of the room, plenty of lights. It can fit a desk for working etc.

Room 3 - Smallest of the 3 rooms, with a Double bed, and mattress, with under bed storage, a chest of drawers and a small desk. Floor to ceiling clothes hanger.

All upstairs new carpet. An upstair bathroom,. Room can be decorated for either female or male.

The house has a large size open plan downstairs living area and a new modern kitchen, downstairs loo, breakfast bar, dinning table, tv, sofa etc.

Big sliding door opens up to a very large modern garden with a large sitting area. Great place to chill out in the summer. The garden is untidy at the moment due to the weather, but will be tidied spring time and maintained by tenants after clearance etc.

There's also a downstairs loo.

There's a bus stop for buses to town 1 minute walk from the house, walking distance to St George's park, very close to the cycle path as well.

I’m looking for someone who’s tidy and respectful of the space, professionals preferred with stable income. No pets. Someone who don’t mind looking after the house, maintain the garden tidy, small fixes here and there.
