The room is on the first floor at the rear of the house, away from the road and is on an Individual fixed term tenancy Contract.

The room is for a male professional or mature student for 6 months initially.

There are 4 friendly tenants already in the house, all young professionals/mature students. All of them great guys.

The house is in the very popular & vibrant location of Greenbank/Easton & close to the city centre. The area is popular with young professionals & students alike. There’s a great coffee shop/cafe (Este) & wholefood shop (matter wholefoods) at the end of the road & the very popular “Greenbank pub” round the corner as well as a host of local shops within a few minutes walk.

The house is well located for public transport being only a few minutes walk away from bus stops for the city (48, 48A, 49) & UWE (catch the 48A for Glenside & Frenchay campuses) on Robertson Rd/Stapleton Road.

From the house, it’s also a quick walk to Stapleton Road train stop, from where you can pick up local trains to Temple Meads (to connect to trains for London etc) & stops for Clifton Downs & Redland, both of which are a short walk away from Bristol Uni.

The house benefits from a shared kitchen with washing machine, bathroom and living room with flatscreen TV, there is also a rear garden & fast wifi.
