Double Room/En-suite to Rent - South Bristol

I’m looking for a young profressional to share my flat with.

I am friendly and tidy, love to cook and enjoy a trip to the local pubs or a natter over a pint/glass of wine.
I also love to read and go for long walks. I am currently working part time from home. I do smoke, but don’t allow this in the flat, only on the balcony.

The room is a large double with a double bed. There is no allocated parking space, but parking nearby.

I also have dog that sometimes visits.

The flat is very modern and based in grounds including a lake, places to walk, fish and sunbathe. The balcony gets the evening sun too. There is a retail park just outside for all your needs.
