Mon-Fri Small Double Room in friendly house

This is a small room, with a small double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, small cupboard, and sunny window. The new bed frame for the room has just arrived, and is not yet assembled, hence no photos of the room yet, but updated soon.

There are two full time housemates, both female, ages 31 and 34. We're looking for another friendly social being to share our home with. We often share evenings together, either cooking or watching a film, and also sometimes spend time seperatley in our rooms, so are respsctful of eachother's needs or energy levels.

The house was refurbished 2 years ago with new kitchen and bathroom. The downstairs is a spacious open plan layout, with a homely feel.

We take pride in keeping the place looking and feeling clean and homely, so would like someone to also take an interest in the home, even if just mon-fri.
There will be a monthly cleaner to help keep on top of things but cleaning in-between is still necessary!

There will be a fortnightly gardener to keep the beautiful garden in a lovely state to enjoy over summer.

We are located very close to the Gloucester rd, with lots of amazing restaurants and bars. There is generally parking available on the street, or if not then on the adjoining street.
