En-suite in modern 2 bed flat near Temple Meads

My wonderful flatmate has "unfortunately" got herself a job in the US, and so is moving out mid-August.

So there's a room available in our awesome flat. We're less than 5 mins walk from Temple Meads (and the excellent Harts bakery!)

Despite the central location it's surprisingly quiet, and we get nice views out of the Juliet balcony.

I work nearby in Tech/Product and usually go out to the pub, bouldering or am away for work a night or two a week.

The flat's fully furnished, so you can move in right away, and there's even a parking space included if you need one!

We've been having parties a few times a year, and people round for dinner more often still. I'd want someone who's keen to join in the fun and continue this.

Rent is £725/ month
Bills are an additional £130ish / month (broadband, electricity, water and council tax. But might go up a bit considering the energy situation, but that’s unfortunately the same for everyone!
