The tenancy goes until the 27th of August. The room is already empty, already ready for you to move in.
The room is a Bronze Non-Ensuite and belongs to Dwell students and can be viewed on their website if you look up: Dwell Student, Hotwells house, Bronze Non Ensuite.
Rent is £151 a week and can be payed in full or in three instalments (with a valid UK based guarantor) however, the last payment was on 20/04 so you would need to pay in full anyway..
