Hey. I have very large house to share with 1 female. I'm a professional girl living with my little dog (cockapoo) and one female law student. The house has a garden, drive way, large living room, conservatory and extra storage room. It is a very quiet and cosy house in a very good location. This is not party house! Professional /student female preferred who appreciates a homely atmosphere.
Bills are included in the price. House is:
gas free (fully electric),
kitchen is fitted with a cooker, fridge/freezer, plenty of storage.
1.5 bathrooms
Bedroom comes with a bed, bedside cabinets and wardrobe.
Property comes with a TV, internet, Netflix, parking onsite, good transport links into the city, shops close by and amazing nature walks within 2 minutes walk from the property.

I live with a 2 year old cockapoo who is completely trained and extremely friendly
