Looking to make a friendly and happy house. We’re looking for a housemate who’s happy to muck in with cooking and cleaning but also enjoys an occasional pub trip.
The house is a three bed that’s recently been done up. It’s in a lovely area beside a park and couple of mins walk away from bloc climbing centre with a butcher and veg shop on our road, as well as a couple of restaurants
Rent includes all bills including council tax and a cleaner… the idea is that you wouldn’t have any fees above the monthly rate. We have super fast fiberoptic broadband for anyone wanting to work from home.
